This early Art Deco period painting is by the hand of Louis Mark who studied at the Julian Academy in Paris. Early in his career he painted genre scenes and nudes, and after moving to New York he became known as a portrait artist. Mark's paintings are regularly sold at major auctions in Europe and North America. Original frame.
