This painting is rare oil depicting three elderly men playing cards. This detailed, high-quality piece was painted by the well-listed Hans August Lassen in 1914 just as the Art Deco period was emerging. Lassen is considered one of the prominent members of the "School of Dusseldorf." The fine painted details of this painting are spectacular.
